Manufacturing MDF, HDF Board

Established in October 2016, Thanh Thanh Dat MDF Wood Joint Stock Company is a member unit of Thanh Thanh Dat Corporation. The first project of MDF, HDF board factory was built in a 18.5 hectares site in Vu Quang district, Ha Tinh province with a capacity of 180,000 m3 of products/year, total investment of more than 1,700 billion VND. The factory uses a synchronous equipment line imported 100% from Europe by Imal Pal Group (Italy) as the general contractor.

After more than two years of construction and installation, on April 21, 2019, the Company held the inauguration ceremony of the Factory. The event was honored to be attended by former Politburo member, Deputy Prime Minister, now the President of the National Assembly, Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue, along with the leaders of ministries and government departments to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony.

When the factory put into operation, it has greatly supported forest growers in finding output for timber trees, ensuring stable jobs for hundreds of local workers and contributing to the industrialization process. modernize the country. In addition, the factory has applied advanced technologies in the field of sustainable energy, installed and used solar power systems in the production and operation of the plant, making a significant contribution to work to protect environment.

The factory's main products are MDF and HDF board. MDF, HDF wood boards have hardness and mechanical strength, high impact resistance, good moisture resistance, and limited warping, shrinkage and termites. The surface of MDF and HDF boards is flat and smooth, so it can be easily painted or pressed with decorative surface panels such as Melamine, Laminate, Veneer and then used to produce and decorate furniture such as tables, chairs, beds. , cabinets, shelves, doors, wooden flooring.
