2020 - 2022
• Investing in construction and development of Thanh Thanh Dat industrial cluster in Xuan Linh commune, Nghi Xuan district, Ha Tinh province, and factories in Xuan Linh industrial cluster:
- Melamine flooring and coating factory
- Factory producing formaldehyde and UF glue.
- Plywood board factory with capacity of 50,000 m3/year
• Established Nghe An MDF Joint Stock Company and built a factory in Tri Le Industrial Park, Anh Son District, Nghe An Province.
2012 - 2022
• Invest in construction and put into operation wood chip processing factories for export
- Thanh Hoa, Quang Binh, Quang Tri
- Quang Nam, Quang Ngai
- Binh Dinh, Phu Yen
• Construction of Dong Hoi Seaport
2016 - 2019
• Established Thanh Thanh Dat MDF Joint Stock Company and operated the Factory in Vu Quang district, Ha Tinh province.
- Synchronous equipment line imported 100% from Europe
- Capacity of 160,000 m3 of products/year
- Total investment is more than 1,700 billion VND
- Area 18.5 hectares.

• Investing in construction and putting into production operations wood processing factories for export in Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh provinces • Establishing an international shipping fleet
